Strapology Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase at Strapology. If you’re not happy, we’re here to help!
Order Cancellation
We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 8 hours of purchase at contact@strapology.co.uk. Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel it. If your item has already been dispatched, please refer to our return policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return & exchange policy from the date you receive your item. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
✅ The item must be unused and in resalable condition (original packaging, no signs of wear, and all inserts included).
✅ Watch straps must not be worn or tried on due to hygiene reasons.
✅ You must contact us at contact@strapology.co.uk with your order number and details of your request.
We do not provide prepaid return labels, and the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
Exchanges:
Want a different model or color? No problem! If your item is unused, we offer hassle-free exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we’ll process your refund via your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary, so please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company – it may take time before your refund is posted.

Defective or Damaged Items
Please inspect your item within 24 hours of delivery. If your item is damaged or faulty, email us at contact@strapology.co.uk with photos of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or process a full refund. After 24 hours, we may not be able to verify that the damage wasn’t caused after delivery.
Warranty & Responsibility
We stand behind our products! We offer a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects. However, this does not cover accidental damage or DIY modifications.
We take full responsibility if you receive the wrong item. However, incorrect addresses provided at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.
