Shipping Costs & Delivery
📦 Free Express Tracked Shipping for orders over £40.00
📦 For orders under £40.00, a shipping fee of £5.00 applies
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
How to Track Your Order
After dispatch, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Use our TRACK MY ORDER page to check the progress of your parcel.
If you haven’t received your tracking details within 48 hours after the shipping confirmation, please contact us at contact@strapology.co.uk with your order number and name, and we’ll assist you.

Lost or Missing Packages
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your billing and shipping details before placing an order.
However, if we’ve made a mistake, we’ll fully cover the cost of reshipping your original order.
International Shipping & Customs
For international customers, customs fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your package may be subject to import duties upon arrival in your country.
