Order Cancellation
We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 8 hours of purchase at contact@strapology.co.uk. Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel it. If your item has already been dispatched, please refer to our return policy below.

We offer a 30-day return & exchange policy from the date you receive your item. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
✅ The item must be unused and in resalable condition (original packaging, no signs of wear, and all inserts included).
✅ Watch straps must not be worn or tried on due to hygiene reasons.
✅ You must contact us at contact@strapology.co.uk with your order number and details of your request.
We do not provide prepaid return labels, and the return shipping cost is your responsibility.

It took a little while to come, but did arrive. I’m quite happy with it, seems expensive for what it is and I do a lot of running and feel that it moves around quite a lot unless made very tight which can be fiddly. Probably wouldn’t buy it again
