We offer a 30-day return & exchange policy from the date you receive your item. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Really nice strap but a little bit too small for my wrist another 1 cm would have made a huge difference. I still wear it but there is only one hole left beyond the clasp.

Had this a couple of months now. I’ve used it swimming, in the gym, and the usual general day to day abuse. It’s aged well, comfortable and copes well with the dirt and grime of life. The strap is big, I have an above average width wrist and I’m using the 4th smallest hole (out if 12) Overall it feels good quality and I like the look. My only small complaint is the hinges rattle a little.
