We offer a 30-day return & exchange policy from the date you receive your item. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Great strap, very comfortable to wear, well built and very good quality.
Brilliant strap for the Ultra! Had to wait 2 weeks for delivery, but it was worth it, I also had a response from customer services. The flouro strap resits stains pretty well as I do car detailing as a profession.

Love the strap! They use a really premium type of rubber which feels worthy of the Apple Watch! Please note however, unless Strapology sell clasps that allow for some form of expansion (which I have not researched yet), once you've cut the strap to suit your wrist size, you have very little room to put on weight so don't cut too tight! The above of course, has nothing to do with the quality of the strap and the mechanism which clips onto the Apple Watch. Top class for those!
