Order Cancellation
We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 8 hours of purchase at contact@strapology.co.uk. Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel it. If your item has already been dispatched, please refer to our return policy below.

We offer a 30-day return & exchange policy from the date you receive your item. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
✅ The item must be unused and in resalable condition (original packaging, no signs of wear, and all inserts included).
✅ Watch straps must not be worn or tried on due to hygiene reasons.

We do not provide prepaid return labels, and the return shipping cost is your responsibility.

Absolutely delighted with this strap, fits perfectly does not slip and the design extends to grip my arm. Love the titanium finish good quality and excellent customer service. Highly recommend this product. I bought another different stainless steel strap for every day wear and same experience. You will not be disappointed.

Love the straps, just concerned that they don’t always slide into place, there are 3 clips on each section of the strap, which come loose, and then it does not slide into place, I’ve managed to fix it, but each time I change the strap its comes loose again, I’m concerned how long the clips will last

Great item, well made am a big guy so it would be nice if they offered a XL version but use the strap when at work as it stays cleaner than canvas ones
The colour is perfect, weighs near enough nothing and reasonably priced. Mechanism works well and feels sturdy. It took a while to get to me, but for this quality I would wait another week.
Insanely slow delivery to the UK, and the rail connection sliders have a little more play to them than I'd like, but a great strap at a great price!

Great ocean straps really pleased I prefer them to the Apple straps which are practically identical but the strapology ones are actually more comfortable and there is a greater range of colours
