Order Cancellation
We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 8 hours of purchase at contact@strapology.co.uk. Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel it. If your item has already been dispatched, please refer to our return policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return & exchange policy from the date you receive your item. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
✅ The item must be unused and in resalable condition (original packaging, no signs of wear, and all inserts included).
✅ Watch straps must not be worn or tried on due to hygiene reasons.
✅ You must contact us at contact@strapology.co.uk with your order number and details of your request.
We do not provide prepaid return labels, and the return shipping cost is your responsibility.

The strap looks good but is slightly too long which makes putting it on my wrist a bit tricky.

Good strap, magnets are strong so never comes loose. Delivery to the UK was quite lengthy but product good and reasonably priced.

I’ve had a positive experience with Strapology. Having an issue with the original strap, they sent a re-lace,ent FOC. All very good. Only niggle is the shipping time, I assume sent from outside the UK.

Great strap. Only downside was waiting over 3 weeks for delivery. Didnt realise was from probably China. Company emailed to apologise and sent me free strap. Definitely but but be prepared to wait.
