To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The catch fell out within days and I initially gave Strapology a negative review. On reading my review Strapology sent me a replacement strap; it also transpired that I had adjusted the strap wrongly, causing the catch to fall out. I rate Strapology very highly for ethics and I fully support their products.
Really good strap, looks as good as Milanese Apple strap! Only issue was delivery timescales. Otherwise great product.
The material used is not of quality. Have ad this for only few weeks and coat on the strap has started to come off. Better material and quality coat to be used.
